Certificate II in Hospitality & Tourism SIT20316/SIT20116

Utilising our Manna Gum Community Lounge and Shop, the dual Certificate II qualifications provide you with the skills to perform a range of roles within the hospitality & tourism sector including working in restaurants and cafés, accommodation establishments, information centres, tourist attractions and resorts.
Includes a mix of classroom learning, practical skills, excursions and work placements. Units delivered are a mix of relevant local Tourism and Hospitality Units including: providing information and assistance, safe work practices, serving food and beverages, coffee making and point of sales skills. As an added bonus you will also receive your RSA, RSG and Food Safety Certificate along the way.
Tutor: Bass Coast Adult Education (RTO # 3720)1 day per week over 6 months.
Returning in 2019 1 day per week for 20 sessions (9:30am-4pm)

For people handling food for public consumption ie. milk bars, cafes, clubs, school canteens.

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) (SITHFAB002)

Certificate course that complies with government regulations for all persons in control of liquor stores or serving alcohol.
