  4. Simple graphic design
  5. Accounting and business administration
  6. Social media

Description

There are a wealth of free or low-cost programs available on the internet for research, simple graphic design, marketing, business administration and accounting. They can save you money and time, provide greater flexibility and are constantly changing and being developed. It helps to be able to identify what is useful – without being led astray.

This two-part course will introduce you to internet navigation and give you the confidence and skills to safely explore the potential of the software and services available, tailoring it to your business or personal needs. Ideal for small or micro business owners, community groups, home or office administration or as a pathway to further training in Information Technology.

About the tutor

Andris is based in South Gippsland working as web designer. He has worked with web companies in Australia and Europe and holds a Bachelor Degree in Fine Art from the Victorian College of the Arts. He began in graphic design in 1988. After extensive travelling moved over to web design in 1998. In 2003 he founded Loud Mountain web design.
